The 2021 vintage began with a rather mild and dry winter, followed by a regular spring with well-distributed rainfall. The summer was warm but without extremes, characterized by good diurnal temperature variations that favored a balance between sugar and acid ripening.The stable conditions in September allowed for a timely and relaxed harvest, resulting in a Sangiovese with a harmonious profile, well-defined tannins, and a pleasant fresh tension.
The 2016 vintage began with a mild spring and little rain, but the summer was
very hot with above average temperatures. During the month of September some
rains have created a milder and perfect climate for the maturation of Sangiovese,
enhancing its freshness and giving soft and balanced tannins
