The 2019 vintage began with a mild winter and rainfall towards the end of February. Spring was rainy, while the summer in the months of June and July sunny with little rainfall. There were no peaks in elevation temperature even in August. The foliar apparatus is remained practically intact and brought the grapes to one gradual and perfect maturation, optimal for a perfect phenolic and technological maturation.
